Choose To Freak Out or Choose To Let It Pass

Because all Storms Pass in time.

Dude...it's only a storm. No biggie.

He's right ya know...
and it applies to everything in life...
We are all way more powerful than we are told by those who wish to control us and you Know who they are.

But that's just me thinking for myself.

Ask yourself right now this question after breathing deep three times:

Who or what is attempting to control me?  You will get an answer from within.

Now make the choice to break free.  You always have a choice in every moment of every day.

All storms end and so will the one you may be in now.
