Art Portfolio

All are sketches using graphite on paper with a few watercolors mixed in.  Most were drawn during the early 1990s and a few, like the “Bermuda Longtail” and “Compass Rose” were drawn within the past year.  The solo sail to and from Bermuda have created many images in my head and as soon as I finish writing “Path of Three Hundred“, I will start painting as much as much as I am writing now.  I’ve been sending some of my sketches from the Art Portfolio to an artist in Maine, Katherine Gerardi, and she has been compiling those sketches into colorful artwork to be included in the book.
